• Real Estate Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a part-time marketing assistant to help with all aspects of Commercial Real Estate Investment business. Duties include managing database of clients, assisting with the production of marketing books and property proposals, and limited client interaction (including answering phones.) Additional responsibilities will require the candidate to manage the marketing program for the company and the properties being sold.

Candidate must easily adapt to an ever-changing environment and have a strong administrative skill set. Effective communication skills, technical aptitude (Word, Excel, and other Microsoft applications), strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks are required along with a high level of professionalism. The environment is flexible and exciting, as you will be working as part of a team of people with a "problem-solving" mentality. Prior experience or exposure to the Real Estate field is a not a must, but recommended for this position.

Job Duties:
Managing Client Database
Manage a professional Marketing program for Properties
Produce & Edit Client Proposals & Marketing Books
Draft and prepare correspondence, memos, and other documents for Clients
Proofreading of correspondence, proposals, contracts, presentations and marketing materials.
Great grammar, spelling, proofreading skills required.

Job Requirements:
High aptitude for Microsoft Excel, Word, Photoshop, and other Macintosh-based Applications
Background skill which include exposure to Marketing & Advertising
Candidate must be extremely Detail Oriented
Prior Real Estate Experience / Exposure a plus

• Bookkeeper/CPA

We are seeking a well-organized and competent part-time professional who can work independently, as well as part of a team, and manage time effectively. You will need excellent communication/organizational skills, and a thorough working knowledge of accounting principles like AP, AR, and cash flow. Proficiency in Real Estate bookkeeping and Macintosh-based Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Pro a must.

• Office Manager
This friendly part-timer will have knowledge of Microsoft Suite on Macintosh and real estate/property management experience will be keys to their success in this dynamic company. The right candidate will have a flexible, fun and outgoing personality for this small, but fast growing property investment and development company. Must have at least 3 years of experience, preferred in Residential and Commercial Properties.
